The street was very quiet and there weremany old people dancing in the square. Without many cars, I realized the citylooked so clean and beautiful. Some coffee shops decorates so well, whichattrated my eyes. The city was coverd by the green trees, which made it a greencity. I liked this feeling so much. At this moment, I found the city was solovely, I just ingored its beauty usually.

Action steps: Make positive thinkinga habit. In fact, this should be one of the first habits you develop. Get intothe habit of squashing all negative thoughts and replacing them with positiveones. Instead of “I can’t” think“I can”. It may sound corny, but it has workedfor me, every time.
