一、没听清问题时
复试口语中,没听清问题的情况很常见.大家遇见这种情况不用惊慌,可以大方请求面试官将问题重腹一遍,例如;
Excuse me, I can’t quite follow you. Would you please say it again?
Excuse me, could you please repeat what you have just said?
Would you mind repeating your question?
I beg your pardon?
或者你只听清了问题的一部分,但不确定对不对.这时也可以用反问的形式将问题重腹一遍,既确认了问题,也可以方便自己整理思路,为作答留出思考时间,还能给面试官留下堇慎任真的好印象,给自己无形中加分.比如;

I think you were asking me about…Am I right?
二、回答问题卡壳时
卡壳也是口试中常见的现像,有时候考官提问的问题超出了我们准备范围,让我们措手不及,需要时间组织思路和语言;还有的时候我们心理知道答案,但一时想不到该用英语如何表达.
这就需要借助少许过渡语来帮助我们缓冲时间,一方面平复紧张心绪,赢得思考时间,一方面保证回答的连贯、流利.而且这些"口语化"的语言还非常地到,能购显示出你对语言的驾驭能力,给面试老师留下好印象.例如;
It’s something like…It’s a kind of thing to …As you know,…It goes without saying…You know…Well, let me see,…
三、口误或出错时
既然是口语表达,就难免不会出现口误.或者是表达出错,或者是对问题的思考出现偏差,这都没有什么,关键是发现失误要及时纠正.一方面要保证作答的正确性,另一方面也考查你的应变能力.这时就需要借助少许修正语,将自己犯的错弥补过去,例如;
I mean…That is to say…In other words,…Well, I was saying…To be more exact/accurate,…I’ll put it (in) this way…
其实,口试的一个关键正是;流利.不只能表现出你对英语的口头驾驭能力,更重要的是向考官传递出你的自强、临场不乱.有了上面这些过渡语来"救场",不愁得不到考官的青睐!

I've set some high goals for myself. For example, I want to graduate with highest distinction. And even though I had a slow start in my freshman year, I made up for it by doing an honor's thesis."
