【摘要】 目的:评估腺苷脱氨酶 curve was used to summarize the overall test performance. Result: Eight studies involving 716 subjects were included in the present meta-analysis. The summary estimates for ADA measurement in the diagnosis of tuberculous pericarditis were: sensitivity 0.88, specificity 0.87, positive likelihood ratio 5.94, negative likelihood ratio 0.13, diagnostic odds ratio 41.43, and the area under the SROC curve was 0.91. Conclusion: ADA measurement plays a valuable role in the diagnosis of tuberculous pericarditis.
