摘要:
基于栖息地保护相关研究,根据鱼类栖息地所处的初始、受损两种状态,提出了相应的栖息地保护、栖息地修复两种保护模式,初步探讨了两种不同保护模式在水利水电开发中的应用。栖息地保护一般从流域层面在规划阶段提出,应用于未被开发、鱼类多样性和生境多样性高的天然河段的保护;而当鱼类栖息地已受损,则需要采用栖息地修复工程措施,栖息地修复一般在单个工程项目建设时具体考虑。

Fish Habitat Protection in Water Conservancy and Hydropower Development:
Protection Modes and Case Study

Abstract:
Based on relevant studies of fish habitat protection, two kinds of protection modes are proposed: habitat protection and habitat restoration, corresponding to the original state and the damaged state of the fish habitat respectively. The applications of the two different modes in water conservancy and hydropower development are explored. Put forward at the planning phase of the river basin, habitat protection is usually used for the protection of natural reaches that were undeveloped with high diversity of fish and fish habitats, while habitat restoration measures are generally taken at the construction phase of a single project when the fish habitats are already damaged.
