Objective To investigate the effects of deliberate hypotension of dexmedetomidine on inflammatory factors in patients undergoing surgery for spinal. Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent decompression of thoracolumbar fracture fixation under general anesthesia were randomly divided into 2 groups，sham group， when endotracheal tubewas removed ； compared with sham group， CPR， IL-6 and TNF-α of Dex group were all lower at each time point of T2-T6， difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Deliberate hypotension of dexmedetomidine in patients undergoing surgery for spinal is safe and feasible，and can reduce inflammation，improve security.

脊柱区域的手术创伤大，出血多，不易止血，术中出血过多可致术野模糊，造成不必要的损伤，因此控制性降压对此类手术来说是必须的。国外对Dex用于控制性降压的研究[1]认为，Dex可辅助丙泊酚和瑞芬太尼进行术中控制性降压，可提高患者血流动力学的稳定性并明显减少术中出血；但是Dex对于术中降压后炎症反应影响的研究较少。本研究旨在观察脊柱全麻手术中应用右美托咪定对于术后炎症反应的影响。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选择全麻下行胸腰椎后路切开减压内固定术的患者60例，ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级，年龄40～60岁。随机分成对照组：1190-1195.
