[摘要] 目的 探究超声引导与CT引导穿刺活组织检查对周围型肺结节的诊断效果。 方法 选择2016年1月～2017年5月周围型肺结节患者100例为研究对象，其均接受穿刺活组织检查，以区组随机化法分组，其中实验组实施超声引导下穿刺活组织检查，对照组则实施CT引导下穿刺活组织检查，分析两组周围型肺结节患者穿刺活组织检查的结果。 结果 实验组穿刺成功率为94.00%. In the control group， the success rate of puncture was 96.00%; in the experimental group， 1 patient developed chest pain， 3 patients had a small amount of hemoptysis， and 1 patient had pneumothorax. The probability of complications was 10.00%; in the control group， 2 cases had mild cough， 1 case had pain at the puncture site， 2 cases had chest pain， 1 case had tumor hemorrhage， 2 cases had a small amount of hemoptysis， and 7 cases had pneumothorax. The probability of complications was 30.00%. The incidence rate of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group岁，其中男33例，女17例。对照组中，年龄23～77岁，平均：e.
