Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of periodental non-surgical treatment of different types of aggressive periodontitis. Methods All 128 patients with aggressive periodontitis treated in our hospital from Aug 2012 to Aug 2013 were selected as the study objects. Periodental non-surgical treatment was applied in different types of periodental non-surgical treatment， followed up for 2， 4， 6 months and performed reexamination， probing depth ， the TM of wide and limit aggressive periodontitis in all stages had significant differences . Conclusion It has significant efficacy that applying periodental non-surgical treatment in patients with aggressive periodontitis， it is worthy of being widely applied and promoted in clinic， and the recovery time in different types of aggressive periodontitis probablely has differences， which needs the right understanding of patients and patient treatment.
