英语课堂演讲稿 篇2

Good morning.Ladies and gentlemen, it's my honor to be here today to give you this speech. My name is Coco. I'd like to talk about job satisfaction. I have divided my talk into three parts:firstly, the importance of job satisfaction; secondly, the factors of job satisfaction;finally, how to achieve job satisfaction.

Now, let's start with the first part: the importance of job satisfaction.

A job provides an individual with the necessary means to remain satisfied in almost every aspect of life such as leisure, health and social life.Several key factors are thought to be critical for an employee to achieve job satisfaction.

Let's turn to the second part: the factors of job satisfaction. A reasonable salary is of course the most important factor in job satisfaction. In many people's minds,an ideal job is first of all a well-paid one, which makes the employee feel that he is fairly rewarded for what he has done for the company.Another important element of job satisfaction is the nature of the job itself. Job satisfaction can never be achieved if the employee's education , skills and interests. Finally, job satisfaction is closely associated with being part of the decision-making process in the company as well as having opportunities for promotion.

英语课堂演讲稿 篇3

If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames, but have not love, I gain nothing.

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.

Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears. When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put childish ways behind me. Now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known. And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

but one hundred years later, the negro still is not free. one hundred years later, the life of the negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. one hundred years later, the negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. one hundred years later, the negro is still languished in the corners of american society and finds himself an exile in his own land. and so we've come here today to dramatize a shameful condition.

in a sense we've come to our nation's capital to cash a check. when the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the constitution and the declaration of independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every american was to fall heir. this note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the "unalienable rights" of "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." it is obvious today that america has defaulted on this promissory note, insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. instead of honoring this sacred obligation, america has given the negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked "insufficient funds."

but we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. we refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. and so, we've come to cash this check, a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.

we have also come to this hallowed spot to remind america of the fierce urgency of now. this is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. now is the time to make real the promises of democracy. now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. now is the time to make justice a reality for all of god's children.

it would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment. this sweltering summer of the negro's legitimate discontent will not pauntil there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning. and those who hope that the negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to busineas usual. and there will be neither rest nor tranquility in america until the negro is granted his citizenship rights. the whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.

英语课堂演讲稿 篇5

I often wonder what friendship is. Friendship is too big a topic to talk about either specifically or generally. I guemost of us are still in a puzzling state about what friendship is, and I myself should be included. Maybe people who define friendship according to his own life experience will say that they have a good concept of friendship, which I think is too narrow to get an objective definition of it.

But how hard it would be to talk about friendship without mixing personal feeling in it, especially when it comes to the matter of CLOSEST friend. So here I would like to share my views with you about friendship, about my closest friend. I have had friends since I was born, some of whom have come along with me through my life, and it is impossible to always keep your friends around you since departure is one part of life that everybody must experience.

Though some of you may oppose me by exaggerating the connotation of the concept of being together that is friends may not stay together physically but they can stay together always psychologically,

I still hold that departure is an absolute thing. How could it be possible that your friend (even your closest friend) always keeps you in heart as he/she had, is having and will have different experiences from yours?

Somehow different experiences make up of different hearts. Man’s heart is a quite strange thing. Never think that one can wholly touch it. Sometimes our heart is so abstract that you don’t even know how to get to them. If we take heart as a cube, and closest friend a gentle breeze, this breeze can only blow one facet of this cube from one direction and can rarely reach any other sides of your heart.

  I’m not sure whether I have put it very clearly but believe me that there are no fixed closest friend in your life. With different time, place, space, emotion and situation, you have different closest friends. When I play basketball, I have a closest friend who knows how to cooperate with me and together give our opponents a deadly attack; when I am alone and feel so lonely, I have a friend who can always comfort me by saying that he is my friend; when I am in need of money, the one who comes all the way and lend his money to me without any hesitation is my closest friend;

when I am proud and a friend dares to stand out to warn me that I should keep modest, he is my closest friend; and, when I read Old Man and the Sea, I think Hemingway is my best friend. You see then, how many closest friends I have. But I must say, though I always want to keep all of them in my heart, they are not actually always in my heart.

They have their own friends and their own life. Winston Churchill once said that there’s no perpetual friend, nor perpetual enemy, only perpetual interest. I guehe’s right in some way.Personally I think it is a shame for people who take a pet as his closest friend as this is a sheer insult to human being and an absolute indignity for the word FRIENDSHIP.

If a dog is his closest friend, what is human to him? You can imagine how would a person with his ANIMAL closest friend do to PEOPLE. And maybe sometimes a dog can give him mental comfort, but what a dog likes best is just a bone. Friendship is indeed an inborn desire of mankind, and it is relationship between people, not between people and animals. If you seek friendship, please seek it from people, from people around you.Actually I have much more to say but… your criticism welcome!

  i have a dream

i am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in the history of our nation.

five score years ago, a great american, in whose symbolic shadow we stand today, signed the emancipation proclamation. this momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of negro slaves who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice. it came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of their captivity.

but one hundred years later, the negro still is not free. one hundred years later, the life of the negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. one hundred years later, the negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. one hundred years later, the negro is still languished in the corners of american society and finds himself an exile in his own land. and so we've come here today to dramatize a shameful condition.

英语课堂演讲稿 篇7

hello, everybody ,i'm happy to make a speech here.my name's sheng aifeng.i'm from kun tong primary school.today my topic is a story of a small village. next i will tell you a sad story about ourselves.long long ago, there was a beautiful village,it was my hometown.how nice it was! look, there was a beautiful forest near river, the trees were tall and straight, the sky was blue, the air was flesh, it looked like a green sea.people lived there happily.but with the development of the society, more and more buildings stood in our village, many new cupboardstables、chairs and others came out. so woods became fewer and fewer, even some floods ofen happened, people lived there sadly.after we hear the story, should we do something for it? we're young pioneers, proecting trees is our duty, let's do by ourselves.i hope everyone makes a contribution to protecting our environment, our hometown anji will become more and more beautiful.

my great pleasure to share my dream with you today.i have kept the dream in my mind for so long that whoever in the sun is able to live a happy life for ever.

i think this dream is deeply rooted in the future. as we can see, we are now not far away from violence, poverty, diseases, environmental pollution and even wars. most of people are in need of what they have never enjoyed. however, i still can stick to my innermost dream, as i still can see the bright lights in our future. i believe, there will be a day when those from the rich counties are really willing to share what they have with those from the poor countries; there will be a day when we are surprised to find that the word poverty has long been out of our memories; there will be a day when we are together to share our dreams and we will all contribute to making our common dreams come true.

i will not just wait but to take action to live in my dream.

英语课堂演讲稿 篇8

but there is something that i must say to my people, who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice: in the proceof gaining our rightful place, we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterneand hatred. we must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. we must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. again and again, we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.

the marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the negro community must not lead us to a distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny. and they have come to realize that their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.

  we cannot walk alone.

and as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall always march ahead.

  we cannot turn back.

there are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, "when will you be satisfied?" we can never be satisfied as long as the negro is the victim of the unspeakable horrors of police brutality. we can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities. we cannot be satisfied as long as a negro in mississippi cannot vote and a negro in new york believes he has nothing for which to vote. no, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until "justice rolls down like waters, and righteousnelike a mighty stream.

  schoolmates and teachers.

  Good afternoon, everybody!

I'm Pang Qiyuan, from Class 2, Senior 3.

Today I'm very happy here to talk about my dream. I hope you can support me and do me a favor, OK?

Dream likes a beautiful flower. Different people have different dreams. They make the earth colorful and wonderful. A dream is a target in life, in which it can give people power. It can show people the directions and final destinations.

I have three dreams. My first dream is that I wish I could go to college some day, which is also the one of many other students' dreams. Going to college for further education can not only enrich our knowledge, but also teach us how to behave better. I always imagine that the college life must be very interesting. This dream gives me energy to study harder and harder. Now I'm trying my best to make it come true. Sure, I have enough confidence to realize my dream.

My second dream is becoming an excellent doctor. I always dream that I could turn a doctor like Bai Qiuen, so that I could cure a lot of patients, help them get rid of sick devil, let them lead a healthy and happy life, and finally I will feel happy, too.

My third dream is that all the people together with the surroundings can live in perfect harmony. There are no quarrellings, no cheatings, and no wars in the world. We should be kind to each other, love each other and care each other. All the people in the world could get along as well as a big family with each other. I dream that we could enjoy absolute peace and freedom.

These are my dreams. How I wish that they could come true soon!

  Thank you.
