摘要：国务院提出引导一批普通本科高校向应用技术型高校转型，明确此类院校首要任务是培养未来行业所需的应用型工程技术人才。贵州工程应用技术学院在转型发展和专业建设中，结合市场需求，与大唐移动开展深度校企合作，共建通信工程专业，共同制定“卓越工程师”特色培养计划，共同制定教学质量体系和考核标准，按照“工程型、应用型、创新型”人才培养为目标，实现专业与行业无缝对接，培养符合地方经济发展所需要的工程型技术人才。本文从学校转型发展和通信工程专业“卓越工程师”培养出发，对前期在校企合作、教学方法、教学模式和学生创新能力培养等方面取得的成果进行总结，详细阐述了通信工程专业“卓越工程师”特色培养计划的构建和具体实施方法，供其他同类院校提供借鉴和指导。

The System Construction Based on the "Excellent Engineer"Communication Engineering and Applied Training

Abstract：The State Council proposed to guide a number of ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities to the application of technological transformation，it is clear that the primary task of such institutions is to cultivate the future of the industry needs of the application of engineering and technical personnel.In the transformation of development and specialty construction，Guizhou University of engineering Science，combined with market demand，to carry out in-depth cooperation between colleges and enterprises with Datang Mobile，jointly built communication engineering，jointly developed characteristics of outstanding engineers training plan and jointly developed teaching quality system and assessment standards，according to "project type，application type and innovative" talents training target，professional and industry seamless docking，serving the local economic construction of engineering and technical personnel training.From the school transformation development and cultivation of Communication Engineering "Excellence Engineer"，this paper summarizes the results achieved early in school enterprise cooperation，teaching method，teaching mode and studentsa？innovation ability training，and elaborates the construction of the specialty training plan and concrete implementation method of communication engineering "Excellence Engineer"，which provides reference and guidance for other similar institutions.
