摘 要:以天然玉米淀粉为主链,与3种单体进行接枝共聚,制备出一种新型淀粉接枝共聚物。将它作为分散剂应用于神华煤制备水煤浆,并和萘系分散剂进行对比。探讨改性淀粉对浆体的表观黏度、流变性及吸附量的影响。该分散剂用量为0.4%时,可以制备66%浓度的水煤浆,表观黏度为943 mPa·s,符合国家标准;改性淀粉在神华煤表面的饱和吸附量为2.61 mg/g,比萘系分散剂具有更好的分散、稳定和降黏作用。结合改性淀粉和神华煤的结构特点,阐述了吸附作用机理。
