Abstract: It is discussed the status and development trends on application of furnace building material for aluminum reduction cells in our country from this article, the certain view has been provided for application of furnace building material for aluminum reduction cells in our country to go the roads on development of sustainable,stable and healthy.

1、前言
铝电解工业离不开耐火材料。铝电解生产消耗的耐火材料约占整个有色冶金的75%。随着铝电解工业的快速发展,许多煤、电、铝一体化项目纷纷上马,从而带动了耐火材料需求量的大幅度增加。耐火材料作为底部内衬材料对电解槽的使用寿命起着至关重要的作用碳化硅与氮化硅之间的晶界是最易腐蚀的部位。
