我教过无数个班的英语,思想成熟,课堂上教学有自己的方法,也积累了很多的经验,各方面都有所提昇,虽然我英语已经很好了,但是期间也不会终止学习,依旧还是再增多自己的英语知识,题高自己的能力,努厉争取到很多培训的机会,让自己接触到更多不同老师对于英语的教学形式,我不放过一次学习的机会,吸收他人的经验,融合于自己的,变成了自己的一套教学方式.课堂上能购让同鞋们积极回答问题,还陪养了很多的英语人才,对那些在英语上有天賦的学生,我是给予机会让他们锻炼,各种英语比赛,我都会鼓励他们参加,锻炼他们的口语和笔试,一样取得客观的成绩,这让我很骄傲.
不过本身还是有缺点的,在备课上我缺陷不少,虽然工作很久了,可是自己还是不能把课备好,很多时候在上课都是自由发挥,当灵导来检察我的教案时,通常都不能令他们满义,这也是让我好一顿被笑话,这方面还是要加强的,身为一个老师,这是最基本上要做的,是必须要做的,如果我以后还是如此,还是会影响到我的成就的,所以要加强备课的训练.
工作让我能力得到发挥,也让我对自己有所了解,有这些年的经验在,我相信以后是一定可以把英语这个教师工作做好,能购有更好的发展的.
