2、确保所有分项工程的质量、进度、安全达到项目部与建设方签订的合同要求。如达不到则按管理费的50%进行处罚。
七、本合同未尽事宜，双方通过协商，可另签订补充条款，与本合同具有同等法律效力。
八、本合同一式六份，甲乙双方各执三份，经双方签字生效，至工程完工，双方结清劳务管理费后失效。
