从这篇案例可以看出，这个学生的自我介绍很全面，把自己的性格、爱好、大学生活等都一一介绍了，而且整个过度衔接的也比较好，让人觉得很舒服。通过整篇介绍老师已经能大体了解了这个学生，老师对这种逻辑性强、有科研能力的学生比较偏爱。
我们再来看一篇中文介绍：
2、各位老师，早上好。我叫，今年刚刚毕业，毕业于大学，我主要学的是金融专业。在大学4年里，我学到了很多，参加了各种活动，比如参加了系里组织的金融大赛，在大赛中，我发挥的很好，超过了别的选手，最后我以第一名得到了冠军。在大学4年里，我自学了好多知识，通过自己的学习，我还取得了另外一所大学的英语本科文凭。(诊断：这个学生的能力是很强的，但没有组织好语言，显得比较乱，而且说的太简单)。 我选择考研的原因很简单，我喜欢金融这个行业，我想到更大更正规的去上班，我希望通过研究生的学习提升自己的能力，让自己学到更多的知识，为社会做出更多的贡献。 我喜欢钻研，性格开朗，有责任心，我喜欢听课，弹吉他。如果有机会在该校学习，我会努力学习，为将来的职业打下扎实的基础。(诊断：结尾结的比较生硬，就像在背书) 这个学生整篇介绍都比较简单，时间也达不到要求，显得有的仓促，而且在介绍大学生活时只介绍了两件事，其实大学生活4年会学到很多的知识，但他都没有介绍，另外结尾结的太简单，不自然。
在自我介绍中有的学生还会犯一个错误，就是介绍自己看了哪些哪些书，有时就撞到枪口上了，被老师连续发问后很尴尬，所以在自我介绍的时候尽量诚实介绍，不然一个小小的失误就会导致失败。
英文的自我介绍比较简单，1分钟左右就可以了，把自己毕业的院校、专业、喜好、性格、社会实践等说出来就好了，用的词也都是比较常见的，比较易懂的。我们学校英文介绍自己的时候是站着介绍的，最后最好和老师鞠个躬。
自我介绍是直接向别人展示你自己的一种手段，自我介绍说得好不好，直接关系到导师对你的第一印象分，在心理学上称为“首应效应”。在介绍时要把自己的个性展现给老师，要做到诚实有礼貌，这样会博得老师的好感。

第一，先一句话自我表明身份，此时音质和音色好的同学，马上就能吸引导师的注意。
第二，几句话概括一下自己的特点，这是关键，导师希望听到导师需要的特点。
第三一段话简介自己的经历，而且强调的都是导师喜欢听的经历，并且点明这些经历对你个人对你的学业有什么帮助。
第一部分，表明自己身份：姓名。年龄。原来的院校、专业。这一部分没有过多要说的，同学们发音要准，吐字要清晰就可以了。
例如：
1)各位老师好，很高兴你们给我这样一个参加面试机会。我是博，今年22岁。是河北师范大学学前教育的本科届生。
2)各位尊敬的老师：你们好!我的名字叫博，22岁，来自历史文化名城保定。我是河北师范大学教育学院的一名应届毕业生，我的专业是专业：学前教育。
第二部分：用几句话概括下自己的特点。这一部分不要太夸张，而且要特别重视，时间的长短看自我介绍的时长决定，时间短时就不要太啰嗦，时间长可以根据特点举例子说明。
例如：
1)我是一个热情开朗的女生，随和，自信，乐于助人，有责任心，是我样让我的生活非常充实。
2)我是个有想象力的人，对什么都很好奇，求知欲较强，尤其喜欢历史、文学、人文地理等学科，而且深深迷恋古人所说的读万卷书，行万里路。所以一爱看书，二爱旅行。对生活充满希望，因为我始终相信，一分耕耘，一分收获，只要自己不放弃，我的这一生一定会活得有意义的。
第三部分相对来说最为重要，要简单的介绍自己的经历，而且要强调导师喜欢的经历。导师看重的不是经历，而是你的这些经历让你学到了什么，你学到的这些东西对你的学业又有什么帮助，这些才是导师重点看的。
例如：

每个专业对学生都有独特的看重，所以说这一部分学生准备时千万不能太死板的背模板，在这里透露一个小技巧，如果咱们已经认准一位导师，一定提前了解他，看看他出过什么书，最近研究的是什么等等(网上技巧：直接百度输入学校+空格+导师名字)，如果能认识他现在正带的研究生，会得到更多关于这位导师的资料(各方面)，如果能不经意的提到与他观点相关的东西上，导师一般会非常喜欢。除了阅读经典著作外，在复习的过程中还应有意地阅读一些与所报考的学校在该专业内相关老师的学术著作。
刚才说到了模板，同学们无从下手时，还是可以按模板做一个自己的，以备不时之需。但是同学要要切记，模板归模板，同学们根据模板写出自己的自我介绍后，一定要修改，加上自己的特色，也要加上目标院校的一些特色。
下面这两个模板一个是1~2分钟的短小精悍版，一个是2~4分钟的长篇大论版，其实主要内容都一样，只要时间长的针对于自己的特点和经历加以修饰了而已。
一、短小精悍版：
姓名，性别，民族，出生年月，哪里人，是否党员，就读于哪个大学，什么专业，即将获得某某学历和某某学士学位。
大学期间曾担任什么班级职务或学院学校职务获得的各种荣誉和奖励多少次，
有没有考过雅思?托福[?GRE?成绩如何，何时通过英语四、六级，成绩如何?其他资格证书?有无辅修专业?几次重要实习?四年里有没有挂科或重修记录?毕业时全程学分成绩多少分
本科期间，系统地学习了哪些专业的相关知识，从基础理论某某的到实用性较强的某某等。由于对某某学的热爱，还选修了某某、某某等课程。各种实验和实习，培养了动手能力和问题的能力;四年的本科学习不仅是知识的积累，也是一种学习方法的揣摩以及思路的探索。
本科四年一直密切关注某某，课余时间经常到图书馆查阅资料的经历，对某某专业情有独钟，因此放弃了保研并毅然报考了某某大学某某学院某某专业。今年以总分多少分(多少，英语多少，专业课1多少，专业课2多少)的考研成绩进入了复试。希望通过研究生期间专业系统地学习，用自己所学的知识去解决实际问题，并希望在自己所选择的研究方向做出好成绩。

虽然我是跨专业，但是我坚信兴趣是的老师，不管今后在学业或科研上遇到什么困难，都要想尽办法克服。我深知作为跨专业的我在专业知识方面存在很多缺陷，但是我有信心，在未来的日子更加积极主动去努力学习。我希望通过研究生期间专业系统地学习，能够用自己所学的知识去解决实际问题，并希望在自己所选择的研究方向做出好成绩。(这一部分同学们根据自身情况取舍，也不过多解释)
为了做一名合格的研究生，既对导师负责，也对自己负责，在读研期间，我进行了如下规划：第一，根据学院课程设置，合理安排每学期课程。尤其注重学习专业领域内的相关基本理论知识。第二，坚持在导师的指导下制定个人学习与研究计划，积极向导师汇报自己的学业进展。第三，注重自主学习能力与科研能力的培养。积极主动地关注学科前沿的理论问题，提高自己科学问题与解决问题的能力。第四，积极参加各种实验、学术研讨会、实践调研活动等，以促进理论与实践的结合，不断提高理论素养和实践能力。总之，在研究生阶段，我会尽自己的努力，发掘自己的潜力，踏踏实实地做好每一件事!如果在研究生期间，自己的科研能力获得导师认可，我将继续攻读博士学位。这将会是一个我期待已久、并为之付出自己全部努力的学习过程，我已经让自己做好了全面的准备。(这一部分同学们可以好好规划，如果要分簟说明注意最多说四五六条就可以，千万不要列举到六点之后再总结，太多冗长而繁琐，分条说明的价值就不存在了。)

During my four-year study in the university as an under-graduate student, I have built up a solid foundation of professional knowledge, I had won scholarship of my university, and I’m good at hands-on, I had participated in foundation of science and technology innovation for the Shandong university’s students. The foundation I worked on is a Remote ordering system based on Data Mining. and all my program design courses’ grades are excellent.
On the other hand, I have took part in many social activities which were supported by my university, and one of them had received the recognition award, which was carried out in shanghai and I fall in love with this city at once.
Personally, I am peaceful and very easy-going men, having a strong sense of cooperation and enjoying a good relationship among my ctes. In my spare time, I like to read books. modern and Opening, but also, it’s climate and living style is similar to my hometown Wuhu, after having studied in Jinan for four year, I do hope go back to the southern area. Shanghai is a perfect city for my further study.
