摘要:运筹学课程在各个领域的运用日趋广泛,学科的交叉性越来越强。本文调查以华东交通大学硕士研究生为例,通过问卷调查的方式,从学生满意度的角度出发,研究运筹学课程的教学满意度水平,借助SERVQUAL服务质量模型,分别从有形性、可靠性、响应性、服务性和移情性五大维度度量运筹学课程的满意度。研究结果表明,硕士研究生对课程最不满意的是移情性,不同专业的学生对运筹学的满意度评价存在不显著性偏差,最后根据结果探讨了提升运筹学课程教学满意度的有效方法。

Abstract:The operational research course is increasingly widely used in various fields,disciplines and cross. This paper surveys in East China Jiaotong University graduate student,through the way of questionnaire survey,from the perspective of student satisfaction,research operational research level of satisfaction of teaching of the course,with the help of SERVQUAL model of service quality measure the satisfaction degree of the operational research course. According to the results discussed the effective method to improve operations research teaching satisfaction.
