　　Good morning, thanks for giving me this opportunity for this face to face interview. It’s really my honor to apply for this new position. Now I will introduce myself briefly . My name is Eric, 32 years old, married, in good health, born in Linyi city, Shandong province.

　　Till now, I have graduated from Shandong Architecture University for eight years, and my major is English.I got my bachelor degree in 2006 . I studied hard in the university, so I passed Test for English Major grade 4 and grade 8 successively during my university.

　　Since graduation, I have had over 7 years work experience: 5 years in the import and export area. I also spent two years and half working as English translator in the overseas construction project.My professional knowledge and experience can make me work efficiently.

　　My personality can be described as outgoing, optimistic,responsible, honest, and work under high pressure. I can get along well with my leaders and colleagues.

　　I am 26 years old,born in shandong province .

　　I was graduated from qingdao university. my major is electronic.and i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 2003.

　　I spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 . and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.

　　In July 2003, I began work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in QingDao city.Because I'm capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job.

　　And in August 2004,I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test engineer.Because I want to change my working environment, I'd like to find a job which is more challenging. 　　如何做好出色的的1分钟英文自我介绍

1、寒暄或打招呼

　　任何人如果一上来就直接说自己，难免很突兀，而一句与场景匹配的寒暄/打招呼可以起到调节气氛的作用，也体现出一个人的风度。

　　拿演讲为例，常用的句型有：

　　It is my pleasure to have this opportunity making speach here...

　　I am so honored to...

　　it's a great honor to...

　　用这样的句型会让人觉得你遣词造句很讲究，很有风度。

　　举例：

　　Ladies and gentlemen,

　　Good evening, it's a great honor for me to have this opportunity to make this speach here...

　　（女士们先生们，晚上好，很荣幸有这个机会来到这里做一场演讲……）

2、说明你是谁

　　这里可以说自己是做什么的，有什么兴趣爱好，有哪些特点等等，依场合而定。

　　需要注意的是，这里放的内容的目的是让对方能够记住你，而不是你想说什么就一股脑地倒出来。所以选择内容和表达方式尤其重要。这和做中文的自我介绍本质上没什么区别，就好像你在面试一份工作时，做自我介绍，兴趣的部分自然不要放进太多无关内容——比如面试一份文员的工作你说你的爱好是玩LOL，肯定是不合适的。

　　最好的表达是用简单的语句引起对方的兴趣，让他能够记住你。比如我是一个讲英语发音的老师，那么在跟学生介绍我的时候，我可以这样说——

　　I’m Elsa, an English teacher, I'm good at speaking English and they say my English sounds so beautiful as Hollywood blockbusters. And you see, my name is just the same as the magic queen in Frozen .

　　（我是Elsa, 是一名英语老师，我英语说得还不错，有人说我把英语说得像好莱坞原声大片一样好听。而且你看，我的名字恰巧跟《冰雪奇缘》里的女王一样哦。）

　　说明自己这部分内容是平时就可以早早准备好并不断积累修改的，表达自己的特长和爱好也可以有几个句式来套用：

　　I‘m good at ... 我擅长……

　　I have several hobbies such as... 我有一些爱好，比如……

　　My favorate sport/book/movie is... 我最喜欢的运动/电影/书是……

3、展示你的价值

　　不管是演讲、还是面试、或是相亲、交友……这部分内容都是关键。许多人在做自我介绍只，仅仅停留在“我是谁”最多加个“我有哪些特点/爱好”的阶段，这会让你变得非常平庸，没有亮点。只有当你展示出了，你能为对方带来什么价值，对方才有可能会对你产生真正的兴趣，达到自我介绍的效果。

　　所以在准备自我介绍的时候，想清楚自己能展现哪些价值是很重要的。

　　仍然举英语老师的例子，前面我已经说过自己能把英语说得像原声大片一样，这里就可以顺着继续说下去——

　　I teach English for lots of years and I found myself did a good job helping my students speak good English like a native speaker. So today, I wanna share my experience to you, and show you how can Chinese English learners conquer pronunciation.

　　价值展示的部分，需要结合自身提前准备，并且多预演，才能在现场发挥出最好的效果。
