技巧上，比如避免长句，避免很长的段落（你的一段的长度应该少于这一段文本的宽度，这点很有趣，但不应该是金科玉律），采用简洁的语言（不要说官话，能用about尽量不要用in respect of），使用主动语句（但是我在新加坡的时候，被教育要用被动语态，避免说一些我啊你啊，所以说潮流在变），尽量保持政治正确，能避免性别单一问题就精良避免（比如用he指代一般人，就可以换成they），使用恰当的类比（很重要，不然别人会觉得你是在阴阳怪气）。

总结一下：说人话，保持整体风格统一（consistent）。

（不过不同人的人话标准还不一样，哈哈。统一中还要避免死板沉寂，有一些视觉和阅读的差异化体验很重要）
