教学形式的多样化与教学效果是否成正比：选择多样化的教学形式，学生会感受到课堂气氛的活跃，但繁多的形式会使学生眼花缭乱。在《At a snack》这一课，由于讲授的内容是食物类的单词和句型。所以我选择了很多样化的教具和教学形式，课堂氛围应该总体不错，但至于整堂课的教学效果，我实在是不好说。现在我很疑惑：一节课传授的是知识，教学形式只是是教学目标实现的辅助手段而已，该如何适度地运用不同的教学形式呢?
而且，我还学到了对于教材，自己要进行认真的分析，加以自己的理解，再进行适当的处理，这样才能做出最好的掌握。
之前，我的处理较于呆板，不仅自己教授起来困难，而且学生接受、掌握起来也并不是很容易。如果我能多动动脑子、多花花心思，也许就能找到更好、更合理的解决所教授内容的方式。
总之，万事都需要钻研。有付出，才会有回报。

更重要的是，从出简报这种说小不小、说大不大的事情看出。要做好教育这项事业，要修的学问有很多很多，而且还要修好他们。就说简报，需要你的设计观、你的统筹观、你的组织观，你的文学造诣等等。更直接一点儿，你对现代信息技术基本能力的掌握，都起着举足轻重的作用。

首先看着不同老师对电子白板不同程度地使用，我深感电脑技术在小学英语教学中的重要性。对于电脑技术不太精通的我来说，还算是种挑战吧，看来以后要多加学习。
从整体上感觉着七堂课，其实性质差不多，正常的教学顺序“热身——呈现——操练——巩固——拓展”。而且各位老师在不同环节采取的形式也是大同小异的。
之前，我一直认为这样的做法是不够新意的、执教者缺乏创新。但我现在对创新这个问题有所改观。这样的课堂虽说太过普遍，但它毕竟是符合小学生们的认知规律的，也是取的广大一线教师们所认可的。这至少说明，这种模式在平日的课堂教学里还是有相当不错的教学效果的。
小学英语课堂的教学，应该以保证教学效果为第一准则。如果想要有所创新，也应该力求合理科学，这样的创新才会更有效果、更有说服力。
